Beef Soup

Ingredients:
Beef Brisket: 500 g
Tomato: 3 x
Onion: 1 x
Celery: 2 x
Garlic: 3 Pieces
Bay leaf: 2x
Ketchup: 3 tablespoon
Olive Oil
Black Pepper
Salt
Steps:
1. Cut Beef Brisket into small cube then boil them for 3 minutes to remove all the Blood, take out for reserve
2. Reboil the Beef cube with clean water, then turn to low heat to continue cook for 1 hour(Make sure beef cooked well, I recommend Pressure Cooker,Save time)
3. Take out the beef cubes and keep soup reserve
4. Diced Tomatoes, Onion, Celery
5. Stir fry Onion and garlic
6. Add beef cubes and Ketchup
7. Add Tomatoes, Onion,Celery,Stir fry about 2 minutes
8. Add soup cook for 40 minutes with low heat
9. Add salt
10. Add black pepper, ready to serve
Tips:
1. Tomato and Onion are necessary, you can also add carrot and cabbage
2. To have best taste, it’s better cook beef for longer time, Pressure Cooker is a good choice
