Roast Chicken Legs


This is not a Authentic Chinese Recipe, But it looks so beautiful and easy to cook. I also Recommend my Hot and Spicy Chicken Nuggets , Ok, It’s time to cook.


Chicken Leg: x 2
Ginger: x 1
Garlic: 5 pieces
Rosemary: 1
Honey: 2 tablespoon
Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoon
Dark Soy Sauce: 1/2 tablespoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Salad oil: 2 tablespoon
Black pepper sauce: 2 tablespoon
Lemon: 1/2
Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon


1. Wash Chicken Legs and make some small incision to make Chicken legs more tasty
2. Add Rosemary, Soy Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce
3. Add Salt, Honey, Salad Oil, Black Pepper Sauce
4. Cut Lemon into Piece shown as above and Squeeze the juice add to seasoning
5. Add Black Pepper,Blended Well, Cover with cling film then soak overnight in the refrigerator.
6. Preheat oven to 494, and roast for 30 minutes, each 5 minutes recovering the Sauce.


1. You can remove the bones.
2. You can put tinfoil on the bottom for easier cleaning.
