Roast Garlic Spareribs

This Roast Garlic Spareribs Recipe is simple but not an Authentic Chinese Food Recipe. It is more fit for BBQ. Soak for 24 hours in advance. I have another spareribs Recipe called Sweet and Sour Spareribs, which is well know in United States and China, That’s an Ancient Chinese food recipe.


Spareribs: 500 g
Ginger: x 1
Garlic: x1
Char Siew Paste(Optional): 2 tablespoon
oyster sauce: 3 tablespoon
Soy Sauce: 1 tablespoon
Dark Soy Sauce: 1/2 tablespoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Honey: 1 tablespoon
Sesame Oil: 1 tablespoon
Black Pepper: 2 teaspoon


1. Wash Spareribs
2. Slice Ginger and diced Garlic, then put them together with Seasoning
3. Blended All Seasoning well
4. Cover Each Spareribs well with Blended Sauce
5. Soak with Sauce for 24 hours in refrigerator
6. Put Spareribs to Oven(Preheat 410) for 25 minutes(Recovering the Sauce after 12 minutes)
